CLEARANCE ITEMS:

Clearance items are first come first serve. They are clearance and usually we only have a few on hand. So once they are gone, they are gone for good. In some rare instances we may try to thin out an item that we bought too much. You should purchase this quickly as it'll far below what it is worth.

International Customers:

Special Shipping charges may be added to your order once completed. In most cases shipping will cost anywhere from 10 - 20$ dollars. Visit United States Post Office to calculate shipping. We've never had a package ship for more than $20 in North America. Keep in mind also that it will depend on what we're shipping you. 4 books will weigh more than 4 DVDS and thus cost more to ship. Free Shipping: All orders over $99 get free shipping (this offer excludes international customers).

Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are determined by the USPS or other methods. We've done our best to calculate the tables correctly for the weight, but we are human. If the amount is low we'll gladly pay the difference. However, if the amount is extreme we will contact you first before we add anything to your bill. Return Policy You may return all unopened or damaged goods within 14 days of the shipment(post marked date). Damaged goods will receive store credit while all other goods will receive a full refund. Please note this refund does not include shipping.

Item Availability We strive to keep our inventory high, however, some items can take up to 6 weeks to become available. In most cases these items are Import items. We only list what we have, however, anything you see in the store is either IN the store, or on its way. Domestic items usually ship within 24 hours, however in rare cases they can take up to 2 weeks, if it particularly popular. We also handle special orders.
